Job Summary | Dalhousie University’s Office of Advancement is responsible for all fundraising and alumni engagement activities at the institution. A growing team of over 100 professionals cultivates relationships with alumni and friends of the university and works with donors to help them achieve personal fulfilment through philanthropic investment. Dalhousie donors commit in aggregate over $50 million each year in the interest of supporting student success, scientific research, and community impact. The Senior Software Developer & Configuration Specialist will help to make a meaningful impact on social, economic, and intellectual advancement with the Atlantic Region, Canada, and beyond. Reporting to the Manager, Advancement Systems, the Senior Software Developer & Configuration Specialist is responsible for supervising the Advancement Systems group – a team of systems experts who empower and enhance Advancement’s operations through the development/integration of software solutions, administration and support of Advancement’s key database and CRM systems, and the provision of project management around these objectives. |

Note | The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.
