Job Summary & Key Responsibilities | The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Dalhousie University invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral position in the broad research areas of mathematical analysis and partial differential equations (PDEs), under the supervision of Professor Suresh Eswarathasan |
Qualifications/Requirements of Position | While all applicants with a background in mathematical analysis and PDEs will be considered, candidates with prior experience in microlocal analysis, the spectral theory of unbounded operators, and the numerical analysis of PDEs will be given special attention. Applicants must hold a PhD degree in mathematics or a related field, and have an outstanding academic record. |
Salary Range/Pay Rate | 38,500-45,000 |
